We are located in the heart of Richmond, CA – a Bay Area city rich in pride and purpose.
Our current Brew House is designed to be our ultimate pilot system by mirroring the steam heating and process of larger production equipment. It’s capacity is ~3.5BBLs of high gravity wort and is leveraged to quad batch into 15BBL fermentors for our initial production runs. Our goal is not rapid expansion, we will take our time and perfect our craft beers before expanding into distribution grade production. Our brewhouse is controlled by a touchscreen driven PLC that also controls fermentation and cellaring temperatures on our fermenters and conditioning tanks.
Many other necessary components of our brewery are designed and built by us. We strongly believe in collaboration among Brewers and have shared our experience and designs, helping many Brewers build functional equipment for a fraction of the cost of commercial solutions.
